when I consecrated my meal, it took her over an hour to deliver it to me, the food was cold not even warm, she gave me the wrong drink and my kitschige garlauchrasse and 2 drops cheese on it. View all feedback.

I will not go back to this. I'm going to goonellabah. Last time I was there, the woman was extremely rude. tonight I called and waited long enough to give up. I finally ordered my pizzas. When I picked up, I went in and the man was served in front of me. When I waited to get served, I looked around and noticed there were 5 employees. four had their mask under their kinen and one had them right. I was horrified. the longer I waited, the less I wanted to be there. I was not greeted or acknowledged. the screen said my pizzas are ready, but they were not (they can see where the pizzas that are ready for picking up). everyone looked grumpy and not a single employee standing in at least 5 minutes, has recognized me. I went out. I didn't get my pizza and I won't be back. hi next door mini asian takeaway are always friendly and tasty and incredibly fast!
It took 2 hours and several phone calls to get our dessert. then, when it arrived, the supplier fell two boxes of brownies on the floor and stood just there to look at them. so came the rest, which was eaten and the ice was suppe. no refund, no apologies. disgusting service and maintenance.
I called the restaurant because my pizzas took twice as long as expected, and the person who answered the phone was very rude and seemed disinterested. When I finally received my pizzas, one of them had a hair in it, which was extremely unpleasant. The shop itself was messy and the staff lacked customer service skills. They need to improve their service.
I called to order pizzas but was told they couldn't deliver because their driver had no gas. Having worked in a pizza shop before, I was shocked by the lack of apology or explanation for not being able to refill. We would have used store money for staff gas in a similar situation. I was most disappointed about missing out on my Mountain Dew. I understand the challenges of customer service, but it was difficult not to be upset with their response.
