Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Ordered pork ribs for dinner night 1. They were very much undercooked. Staff were inattentive and, although extremely apologetic, only offered a replacement. An alternative meal or refund would have been fair. Replacement ribs were fantastic.Braved the 2nd night with steak. The steak was good but would have preferred to eat elsewhere. read more.
