What Retta Marks doesn't like about Krystal:
I was at this location 3 times within the last month on weekdays between 5-8 pm....every moment when I am at the loudspeaker, it is a 20 minute wait without cars in the car break or parking...this location used to busy parking and drive them thru packed with customers...now it is just empty. I don't understand...what's the point of making food quick, and it's a simple 20-minute waiting in the drive thru without cars.... read more.

great location. slow and rotten workers. I came on Saturday at 18 o'clock. the guy told me to wait 20 minutes because he's talking about 80 krystale and another...

"I'm never disappointed when I come here. Friendly staff, my food is always good perfect temperature. The lines are long often times, but they move pretti quickly. It's unbelievable actually. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam West. Manager, maybe even the owner. He is a very nice man and was even outside working with his team....which you don't see often at any restaurant."
