Bad customer service. I ordered my smoothie through the app. When I arrived there, I stood at the online order desk. Nobody recognized me for a few minutes, even though someone was in this area. I wasn't in a hurry, so I waited patiently. Finally, the girl asked me if I had an online order. I gave her my name. She gave me the smoothie and I said thank you.
