Our first dinner at Little Hutong even though we live locally. We really enjoyed the food, very tasty, very fresh. But having worked most of my career in the food and service industry I did feel quite sorry for the staff working that night. 2 in the kitchen without a kitchenhand I believe and one very dedicated and good waiter on the floor doing the host, the bar, taking orders and the service of course.
