I change my review by ingenious customer service. After completing a dissatisfied survey online, the manager of this location emailed me and offered a free lunch. I took him on the offer and I've been back three times. Service is fast and everyone is friendly. I'm sold! Old review: I just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Nice new facility. Friendly staff. Eat delicious, hot foide and some new items. Take a trip to Little Elm Schlotzskys!!! Love the soups!!!
