I can't say I've ever had trouble with the owner. Maybe it's because I only order long hot (Italian hot paprika) and cappuccino. also its small Italian side shop in the store has marvis black licorice toothpaste (which I love) hard to find in the shops. the cappuccino is definitely on the point when they are not in hot paprika. read more.
