This is one of the best Mc Donalds around.. they usually have everything ready for drive thru customers. Avoid doing inside there are too many teenagers every time..so is crowded. View all feedback.
What J G doesn't like about McDonald's:
Pretty good food… Just needs work on customer service…when talking with the drive thru attendant, every time I said thank you, she replied with Uh-huh. The courteous and proper response to someone/a customer saying thank you is “you’re welcome”. It’s important people working in customer service at least perform the basics when it comes to interacting with customers. View all feedback.
Diana, who works in the morning, is the best Notch person and keeps this facility friendly and running. She is really the best and a pleasure to see and speak. McDonalds, your happiness to have them.
Worst mcdonalds ever. The manager JOSHUA was the worst manager I have ever seen. No costumer skills what's so ever. He messed up my order, ignored another costumer. Then when I told him to help the other costumer. He wouldn't give me my daughter 6 peice nuggets. Then he called the cops on me. Because JOSHUA the manager wouldn't give me my 6 peice nuggets. I will be calling corporate.
Ordered double Quarter pounder meal didn’t get my burger just fries and a cinnamon roll 11$ for. A large meal an only hit like 4$ worth of food you guys are too understaffed
I usually love this location cause they are friendly and quick and efficient. This morning I placed a order for pick up around 4:40 my partner went to pick up the order and approached the screen and whoever was there this morning at 4:40am should either not be helping customers this early in the day or should not even bother talking to any customer at all they were rude from the very beginning and just aggressive they sounded aggravated annoyed everything you can think of. I know this cause I was on the phone with my partner as he picked up the order and to know he couldn’t even get it because she stated they will not be serving till five when on the app it states you take orders at 4 am if so the app needs to be updated as well as her customer service training.
Three stars simply bc the person at the drive thru was not only rude but just annoyed for no reason. Tried to order, sat at the drive thru kiosk no one took my Oder. I pulled up to the first window and got ignored. I went to the second window and it took forever to be approached only to be told I have to go around again. It doesn’t take much effort to just be decent to people. It’s a poor look on ownership for the incompetent people they hire sometimes. If you’re looking for your typical McDonalds experience otherwise, it’s fine.
