Sorry Tonkotsu ramen was bland. Customer service is good Update after a year: I always give a 2nd chance. This time karakuchi. Soup was lukewarm. Ramen should be piping hot. Still bland. If this is in Japan nobody will buy this. Clearly the soup is microwaved the top is lukewarm the bottom is a little bit hot. The egg was cooked a week prior. read more.
