I find the place to be the staff, the food and the atmosphere a joy in it. I can say that all employees and managers work very hard. You all really make me feel like a customer?. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
terrible kitchen management. first, if the order is not ready, do not write to their customers say it is ready for picking up and then let them wait for another 10 minutes. secondly, someone like manager seems so rude. if they make mistakes, then just apologize for it. do they not pretend it's not her fault and blame the customer for frustrated, not least if they wear masks, do they not leave their nose out in order?
