I went up for some pretzel nuggets after Great American Cookies didn?t have any chocolate chip cookies and there were no pretzel nuggets, I almost cried. After expressing that I just was not having a good day, one of the ladies working gave me a pretzel on the house and told me to have a good day. View all feedback.

Messed up our order twice and served at least 8 customers before they got to our order. Guy working the register asked for our receipt AFTER he took it from us and threw it away. Maybe if he took out his airpods he could hear better. View all feedback.
