Outback Steakhouse - Little Rock

Service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Steaks were a great value and dependably good. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. But mostly our waitress was so welcoming and it made all the difference to us that night.

I had an awful experience. Had to wait 75 minutes for a to go order. The manager got smart with me. She didn't comp anything or remove the tip I prepaid. Do not go here!!!! Don't ignore the reviews like I did.

My wife and I dined here for our anniversary because it held fond memories that we looked to duplicate. We started the night off with chicken wings which were not as remembered but wasn't bad(3 out of 5). It went down hill from there; my wife's steak was medium well instead of medium and it didn't taste right. Her baked potato came out as garlic mash potatoes and her alcoholic beverage was subpar. I ordered Toowomba Salmon thinking it was going to resemble the menu. Instead, the mushroom creole sauce acted as a gravy that covered my Salmon, vegetables and the whole plate. It was so much creole sauce, I couldn't enjoy the main course. Lastly, our waitress was very nice. Unfortunately, my 1 star is weighted by the food not the waitress. Oh How I long for the old Outback Steakhouse's fond memories, delicious food and exceptional drinks. Sigh!

I have been to this restaurant several times recently and have no intention of going back. The service and food have been great and I will continue to use to go or delivery, but there is a male manager there who SCREAMS at the employees on a regular basis. It's regular enough that it has happened nearly every time I have been there and I don't go very often. His behavior and treatment of the employees is so upsetting it has ruined many of my meals while there. Whether they will write a review or not I'm sure other customers have been affected as well based on their reactions when these screaming tantrums have occurred when I've been there. I don't know who is responsible for correcting this manager's behavior, but he is clearly out of control and needs discipline or punishment immediately.

Came on a Monday night so it was not busy. We had super prompt service as you should. Had some $5 cocktail specials. I had a strawberry kiwi margarita. It was very refreshing. Food was good. Tried the new bloomin chicken and it was cooked perfectly, crispy outside but very tender and juicy inside. So good! However the garlic mashed potatoes are very weird! None of us like the potatoes and they are def not the same as other outbacks. 1)no taste of garlic 2) very weird texture. Almost as if it was a mixture or mashed potatoes and hash brown potatoes. I think they put leftover potato soup mix in it or something weird.
