What Duck Tail doesn't like about Trio's:
Really neat restaurant with super friendly staff, but unfortunately the food is just not up to par. Have tried about 10 things on the menu over the years trying to find where the hype comes from for this restaurant, but in my opinion it’s just not there. It’s a nice atmosphere and the staff is great, but the food is not. With the exception being the desserts, which have always been fantastic. View all feedback. We recently visited Trios for dessert, and we were not disappointed. The menu offered a wide variety of delectable options, including the triple chocolate, crème brûlée, and coconut desserts, all of which were excellent. Our companions also enjoyed the banana delight. Bistro sandwich and soup was excellent. Sat in bar area to preclude a long wait as they were busy. (Day after the 4th of July)
Chicken salad with banana bread, it shrimp Creole with corn cakes. Yum yum
Great food especially the meatloaf and banana bread. I wish the meatloaf was permanent on the menu.
