What Kayla likes about Arby's:
Visited around noon on Tuesday 9/14, and the team at Arby's was doing a great job. The lobby was closed, which I can only assume meant that they were short staffed, but the service through the drive through was great. They were extremely fast, got through 5 cars in ~5 minutes. I'd do zero stars if I could. Just got an order via Grubhub that was laughably off. Called the restaurant and they could not have cared less, they just passed it off to GrubHub and didn't acknowledge a thing. Everything was on the receipt on the bag, but their quality control is everything but. A meal but no fries. A small beef and cheddar instead of the medium one. Mozzarella sticks and no marinara.
