I?ve been a loyal customer of Brad?s for several years. I typically text him in advance to set aside a rack of ribs at his trailer/food truck. This storefront location is a bonus. The ribs are simply phenomenal best I?ve had away from KC or Texas. The sausage and chicken thighs are extraordinary, too. His baked beans are seriously addictive best I?ve found anywhere. Visiting from Central Texas Against my better judgement, I decided to try BBQ in Colorado. Ordered a burger, pulled pork and chopped sammich.
