This used to be a great BK. I get it, staffing has been an issue but I see employees in there which is on par for their usual staffing I believe, at least when service has been faster. Well over minutes of waiting for FAST FOOD is asinine. Won't be back. No wonder BK"s are dying, this type of service is horrible. No apologies, nothing.
