Plenty of parking upon arrival. Welcomed and greeted by a thoughtful employee. The ambiance inside is a step above most movie theaters. And so is the customer service in my opinion. We purchased two tickets for The Little Mermaid. Excellent film. We were early for the movie and had time to look at the menu from our seat. If you are only going to accept orders for 1/3 the length of the movie, you need to say that right away. There should be a clear policy, written right on top of the menu or better yet explained by the waiters, on the time frame you have for ordering.
