"My friends made a dinner reservation for my birthday. The staff went out of their way to decorate for me, sang happy birthday, and brought out bite-size pieces of dessert for everyone at the table. There was a little entertainment at the end that I will save as a surprise for you if you celebrate your birthday there."

"We came to Schilling Beer Co on a recommendation from a couple we met up at Hill Farmstead Brewery- and we are glad we took their advice. We were heading from Hills to Franconia Notch and this was a perfect diversion for lunch before our hike. Littleton is a beautiful little New England town with a covered bridge and tons of character and charming locals. Schilling sits right on the Ammonoosuc River and offers beautiful views of the covered bridge and town. They offer a wide variety of beers including many different German styles- so lots of options for people who are not hop enthusiasts. Definitely add Littleton and Schilling to your New England itinerary."

"We were renting a place in Bethlehem while skiing this past week, and Rek-Lis quickly became our après-ski go-to. A good menu, though we only sampled the appetizers. Huge nachos platter and the poutine was perfect with the great beers on tap. My particular favorite was the Kringle Schwarzbier. Nice and nutty but a manageable ABV! Others in our party loved the Smithereens IPA and the Stallion Belgian style. The non-beer drinker in our crowd sampled their Sangria and liked it so much, she had another!! As always though, what makes a place great are it's people. Everyone we met, from front door to server to barkeep was super friendly and really good at their job! Can't wait to get back to NH for a follow up visit!"
