The pizza was served very quickly at this restaurant. I visited the drive-thru on the evening of 03/05/2022 and was greeted by a friendly young man who worked at the drive-thru excellently. It was a nice surprise when he confirmed that my dog was allowed and even provided free doggie treats! I appreciate the effort that big businesses like Little Caesars make to make dogs feel special. What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I was informed that the lobby was closed after waiting in line with a soda for 10 minutes for my order, even though it was only 9:15. I was told I could use the drive-thru if I wanted something. I pointed out that the door was still open, the sign said they were open until 10, and other people were still ordering inside. The response I received was simply, "I know." View all feedback.
Man, I just have to say. every time I come, there is a well-trained employee who is very helpful and goes beyond and beyond. pizza also taste super
They try to use old pizzas that have been sitting for new orders. Asked for a classic and got a stuffed crust. They’ll warm something old up to get out of work early and end up losing a customer at the same time.
Place is suppose to be open till 10 came by 10 till 10 and was told they had no hot n ready only 2 stuff crust left...so I asked if they would give them to me at hot n ready price since they are suppose to have hot n ready, ready to just pick up...was told no ma'am And If I wanted I'd have to wait 30 minutes for the hot n ready...No excuse for this except that they were pretty much ready to shut down and go home...won't be ever coming here again.
I used to eat from here when I wanted pizza. But they decided to refuse to refund a pizza that they messed up completely. I don't eat meat so I order online before going so that the toppings list is easy to see. I got a pizza with the wrong ingredients on it and they said that they would only refund the pizza price and not the cost of the toppings. So I was left without a pizza and wasted $14 along with an hour of my time.There was also three other people inside with missing food or incorrect orders as well. Save your money and go to a local pizza joint.
Stopped in today and had an amazing experience all around. Customer service was great, order was hot and delicious. This will be our go to now A
