I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the comfort food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the country fried steak with two sides. The coleslaw was also great. I highly recommend this place! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Emil Villa's Hickory Pit:
Breakfast deal is pretty decent for the price. Food was alright. The gravy seemed to be a bit gelatinous. Eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes,, and French toast were good.. Service was very slow and we found ourselves waiting a short while to be seated, get our order taken, and to get refills. Drink prices are too high $3.49, even for coffee. Id say its worth going if you have time to kill but it's not quite a place to desire... View all feedback.
If you like corned beef hash from a can, order here for $13.95. Kind of spendy for something from a can. I expected good corned beef hash from a BBQ joint, but I guess I'm a bit naive.
Tasty good breakfast stuff. Check out there piggy collection.????
Like other restaurants in the opposite it seemed to have a personal shortage. we were a party of six and eating sat in the window a long time before we come to our table. they were not busy, but our waiter disappeared.
The restaurant is not as good as it used to be. The brown sauce was terrible, with lumps and greasy, it seemed like it was microwaved. The only good Hickory BBQ left is in Walnut Creek, near Los Lomas High School. Don't bother going to the one in Livermore. They don't even give you a pickle spear with your ribs.
Always with friends. Every other Wednesday. 2 employees always visit us. Weekly Early bookings special economic and consistent quality. Very popular with seniors.
