"The Mishiwaka has always surpassed my expectation whether I was there after fishing for food, music or beer. They are always friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about the area. So often I have taken recommendations on the camp form staff and have never been disappointed. The humble birds are best so sweet and busy in the warm months! The bubbles on the decks are a must try and if you are cold no worries, they have you with cozy soft blankets! All in all, I plan to promote this institution well into the future. I would even go so far to say that I would fly back to Colorado if I moved away to see a show there (yes, his good people). Cheers!"

"When I opened the road from this place (about a mile) I would visit several times a week. The food was always great and fresh, the drinks were always plentiful and the staff was the best part. Stu and Darcy made me feel at home and always welcome. When I go to Orville's, I most miss life in Livermore."

"Golf course: amazing scenery at every tee box.Really has a championship look but as others have pointed out the bunkers are not sand.The greens were molasses but true.Several dead damaged spots that I never had to roll a putt over.Bring your own teesThe accommodations are well worth it for a quiet mountain get away.Didn't try the food.If you won't get too worked up over semi unplayable bunkers, so to speak, you will love the course. (Lots of goose p though)Don't let the yardage fool you and bring your own yardage sight.I would return here to stay and play."
