I worked at this restaurant for a few months and have fond memories of my time there. I can attest from firsthand experience that all the processes and quality standards are excellent. Pedro, if you're reading this, you're the best! I hope everything is going well for you! View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Cafe Porto:
I visited the restaurant for the second time and was a bit disappointed. The portions seemed smaller and the prices were higher. The overall experience was still pleasant, but I will be trying out a different restaurant next time I dine in the city center. View all feedback.
Wow, what a fantastic place! small family business with excellent quality and perfection looks and feels like a cozy home away from home. I had the chance to talk to the owner and he is great! of what I have heard he even organizes grills in summer, now this is something I will not miss! Eat tastes absolutely fantastic! if they don't know what they just get, they leave the staff the choice, they won't regret it can be a tad expensive, but how the saying goes they get what they pay!
Cafe porto is a comfortable, welcoming Portuguese restaurant opposite this strange pyramidal dig on the rodney street. I know because I was sitting next door.
Excellent meal, all freshly cooked, lovely chef highly recommend
An excellent and rustic restaurant which is truly a hidden gem. Pedro and his team treat you to a authentic Portuguese cuisine in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
