What Lucy Lucky doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Another useless Costa franchise. They are incapable of operating click and collect at all (you still have to go queue at the counter to tell them you've placed an online order at which point they start making it). Staff are so painfully slow that you'll give up the will to live before your coffee ever arrives. Oh and they never close off your online orders so you won't get your loyalty points. Hopeless View all feedback.
Dirty. The cups were not clean there were traces of lipstick. Please change the purity!
Very friendly baristas. Lively choice of tea and coffee. Great soups, porridge and sandwiches etc Very comfortable venue Highly recommend.
