So we have a standard routine for the Liverpool whisky festival. Eat well beforehand. Walk up from Lime St station. Pre March coffee at costa. A v welcome atmosphere and lovely brew. Really enjoyed it. Quiet for 1130 which suited us fine. View all feedback.

During my time in Costa I was shocked by how rude, ignorant and immature the staff were. Not only were they rude towards me but also rude to other customers. The girl with brown hair in a pony tale made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that I left as quick as I could feeling upset about what she said to me and how she acted. Amazing food and drink. Staff are always friendly and comfortable.
