What Amelia Taavila doesn't like about Costa Coffee Old Swan:
Used to have really friendly staff but the last few visits Iv had moody staff serve me at the till. Shouting, what!!! Cos she couldn’t hear my order. Giving attitude the way she talks whilst serving, no customer service skills at all. Manager needs to rethink who they employ or train them in customer service skills. I don’t think the mystery shoppers would be happy with the service in this store that’s for sure! View all feedback.
Excellent coffee and service. my man had an breakfast pack, I had a Wiltshire ham and cheese toastie both were very delicious. Five.
Normally quiet from one tomorrow when I grab a coffee. the staff is great and also coffee.
