Had afternoon tea today with my friend and it was amazing. The cakes and sandwiches were plentiful and fresh. The young man Wally could not do enough for us from our request for no butter on the sandwiches to as many fresh pots of tea we could drink at no extra charge. We had a lovely afternoon and would highly recommend the afternoon tea. View all feedback.
What julieparr doesn't like about Debenhams:
Asked for festive turkey sandwich stated selection of bread... no selection just a very pale part baked baguette( the type you have to finish in the oven) but hadn’t been finished... not buttered and very dry turkey added..2 stuffing balls that were inediblexas like bullets....so I took some butter and added cranberry to make it half edible . waitress very surly so I didn’t like to complain took ages to be served yet... The restaurant features an area where one can taste at tables, and for the littlest guests, there is a high chair. If the weather are right, you can also be served outside, and there's a counter where you can sit down and eat.
