Stayed in Liverpool for two days and was told to pop down to the Baltic quarter. Decided on the Dockleaf to rehydrate on a very sunny day. Whilst drinking noticed other customers food and decided it looked good enough to eat, so that’s exactly what we did. Absolutely awful service. 25 mins from first burger to last so one of our party was eating on their own. Not a single check back from staff who were just stood at the bar chatting I had to shout to get the servers attention twice which wouldn’t have happened if we would have had a check back!
