We order our food via the website. The estimate delivery time was 45 minutes. 90 minutes later and we were still waiting. Phoned shop for them to say it is out for delivery. We live 5 mins max away from the shop. 20 minutes later it turned up, chips cold, our large pizza crumpled up. I'm sure the delivery driver had it on its side the entire journey.
