What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Restaurants:
To be honest, my expectations were not fulfilled. McDonald's is a many fast food chain that is not present in Nigeria. To move to Britain and discover that it was one near my house exciting. But trying out some of their combo wasn't so good to me. In another light, maybe I got my combo wrong. I still give him a shot. View all feedback.
First of all, i know mcdonalds promotes organicly sourced food however had I have known they were farming the chicken from scratch I wouldn't have bothered, furthermore having paid for 2 sour cream dips, I may have expected to receive them. Service was painful.
The drinks were watered down, disgusting. Worse hot chocolate that I had but I know the standards are not like that. Donuts available for sale but actually were run out. Tables dirty
App order. They forgot a whole burger from my order.
Ordering a delivery online from this McDonald's is terrible, it's like they don't pay attention when it comes to packing your food and drinks. Because there's always 1 to a few items missing, an when you ring them up it takes them about 5 minutes to answer just to be told there's nothing they can do!!! These used to be great, but they have gone down hill lately. They need to double check the hot and cold drinks don't leak and double check the whole order is in the bag before it leaves the restaurant.
