Unable to park near due school hols, went in lunchtime and had HADDOCK N CHIPS, it was to die for ... haddock was beautifully creamy underneath piping hot, and super fine crispy batter served with red hot chips by great staff, parked around Sefton Park under a canopy of autumnal leaves in our car, better than a country restaurant.... thanks to all in STEVES.... What Peter C doesn't like about Steves:
Visited Steve's to pick up a couple of portions of chips for my Neices we were babysitting and take to the park. We paid £5.50!! for two portions of cold (attempted reheated) so call chips which were greasy and tasteless. Staff were arrogant and cocky but we ignored that and took the price hike tiny portions of reheated garbage anyway.
