What User likes about The Shakespeare:
My friend and I went for lunch at the Shakespeare and had a lovely time. I had yummy Scouse with hot bread roll, and friend had Eggs Benedict with side sweet potatoe chips, with a lovely white wine. Everything was very tasty and good and...the service was excellent. Very friendly staff and attentive. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Shakespeare:
1). the vegetarian breakfast ordered and they brought real sausages (without explaining that they were real) because they ran out vegetarian sausages. 2. I've ever eatenikt the worst eggs. menu says English muffins, but they brought unroasted brot. Hollandaise sauce... was so stony and sluggish about done. much too much soak, so that the uncooked brot filled it all up, and the whites were casual. 3. the breakfast sand, which was 2 hard pieces toast without butter (not in a sandwich, but next to each other). howesen the staff was very nice and it felt clean. so everything could be improved above and it could be a nice place. but not at the moment.
I called here at a weekend in liverpool for a day trip. great bar and very expensive. managed to leave my phone there and they could not have been more helpful...
read morethe shakespeare loved the footmuff. great atmosphere, a decent pint, pub loos were immaculate and the personal was really nice. ace huge screen through the bar....
