Called in today was served by Julie at the bar, lovely and friendly. Food was nice, not but it’s a pub lunch which was as nice as any other. Desserts huge and really nice. However service was really really good so would go back....Michael the manager was really friendly and asked us how the food was etc. View all feedback.
What Julia Robinson doesn't like about Turnpike Tavern:
Three of us went to watch the Liverpool game. Spent quite a bit on beer and snacks. At the end of the game we were watching the after match interviews when this girl came up and turned the big screen off and closed it away...without saying anything to anyone. Other groups were watching and they were shocked too. All she had to say was that the tables would now be used for food and would we kindly move to another area... View all feedback.
Lovely family pub. The food is always great and the staff cant do enough for you. They have a massive garden to enjoy in the summer.
My wife I visited here on the service was excellent, the food was exceptional, thank you.We will definitely be coming back you will be recommended
