"We just had an amazing lunch here. The owner is incredibly friendly and positive. He tipped my boys and I off to a trail and waterfall near by. The food was amazing and the service was as well. We will definitely be returning and I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal!"

"I'm in Syracuse's host family (I live in North Carolina) and we stopped at Heid for a quick bite. This is a regular place for my brother and sister in law; I'm glad they recommended it! Beautiful local hole in the wall type of diner, I had a NY-style dog, a Gianelli sausage, pommes and motz sticks with Marinara. Overall the food was fantastic, and the service was fast and friendly, I recommend Heid's!!"

"Absolutely delicious. My wife and I started with the Fried Calamari, which was fantastic. A nice light breading, cooked just right, and a delicious sweet thai sauce for dipping. I had the Pad MaMong with beef, and my wife had the Pra Ram Long Song, both of which came with a side of Jasmine rice and a salad. We have been married a long time and freely try each others dishes, both of us were impressed with how flavorful and fresh our dinners were. The vegetables cooked to the perfect tender/crisp you associate with a chef who knows their business. The Jasmine rice was so fluffy and light it may have been a new type of cloud rice, with a nice background of jasmine. The salad was crisp and fresh. Service was very good. Add a glass of wine and a soda and the total bill came to $48, quite a bargain. I think we have found one of our new favorite restaurants when we visit Liverpool."

"Eating and service was great; we have added the red and massive curries with tofu (they especially kicked the tofu for us), vegan egg rolls and beer. our bill was $64, some added a $12 tip 76 overall, but unfortunately our bank account the next day reflected a $81 fee, which meant that they added $5 to our bill without our tuning. a $10 fee discrepanz could have led them to have accidentally pressed the wrong button on the register when they add the sale in the night, but $5 is suspicious. $5 is not as big as a difference to us, but the lack of integrity on the side of the company / business is terrifying. we will never eat there again. a star."

"What a great experience! We called ahead and were told 25 minutes. Our table was ready ahead of schedule. Vesta seated us and Morgan was our amazing server. Everyone that brought salads, appetizers, sides, and our meals knew who got what, no questions. Absolutely a ‘magical’ experience. Just ask Morgan!"

"I just had the best customer service that I’ve had in years if not ever. I bought 3 medium subs, all containing different meats, toppings, Bread and cheese. I believe the man’s name was Yomer. He was friendly, joked with both myself and the staff, personable, smiling. I confused myself telling him the orders but he had everything correctly. He mentioned labeling them. Then I went to go cut the sub in 1/2 but he already did! Also, the subs were not messy. Had great portions to make it taste delicious. If wegmans actually read these reviews I just want to say Thank you! I really haven’t come across such amazing service in a long time. He deserves a raise!!! PS I had 2 young kids with me who he interacted with."
