I came in to get that new coconut nut ice cream with the almonds and pecans. I wanted a waffle cone with two scoops, but they were all out of waffle cones. I ended up getting a sugar cone with a scoop of JaMocha and a scoop of the nutty coconut. Yummmmm. I really wish I had that waffle cone though. View all feedback.

The service here is terrible. I worked in many different settings and understand customer service. They are very rude, and make no attempt to assist customers. The cashier made me carry my items [9 quarts of ice cream] from the ice cream side to the Dunkin side, when clearly the register was open.
