What User likes about Semafor:
American style bar with sepiars and long bar behind the bartender dominates the square. Upstairs is ideal for social hanging for groups in the city centre. Large glazed wall lets you watch Capitol reverse pulse while diving hot coffe. His pavement becomes street cafeteria for urban passengers. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Semafor:
All I can say is you get what you pay for. The place is usually full with a student crowd. The inside is ok, however the tables out front are right next to a relatively busy street. I had a mojito, honestly one of the worst. I'd recommend getting a beer, less variables to consider. View all feedback.
