I just wanted to share that my husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for years. We have always had the usual complaints about cleanliness, but you need to hire more people like Connie and your new trainee Vicky. They are both sweet, kind, and very helpful. What Beth doesn't like about Pilot Travel Center:
This restaurant is not convenient for drivers. There is only one screen showing the showers, making it difficult to locate the driver parked at the fuel island for the last reserve spot. As a result, I couldn't go to bed until nearly 3am. View all feedback.
