"I absolutely loved this place! 5 stars all around. Will did a fabulous job making us feel welcome as well as offering suggestions. Our coffee cups never got less than half-empty. "Experienced the most shocking customer service experience of my life! The assistant manager did an eye roll at a valid complaint and had a very aggressive demeanor. I've worked fast food so I am very considerate and thoughtful when it comes to voicing complaints which is rare to begin with so there was no excuse for her extremely unprofessional behavior. I will never go to that chain in Lockhart."

"The first time. Waited 10 minutes for each service. When we got our food, we had to wait 5 minutes to get our cutlery. Our waiter rarely showed up. We had to shut down the manager twice to get service. No refills that were never in a restaurant that did. The food was good. Why I didn't have a star. Well, I'll give him another shot later because a waitress noticed and tried to help in the end and leave us a sad note."
