I've been eating here for a long time. Tonight they got the order all wrong and even didn't cut a pizza. Called to let them know the mistakes and asked what I should do. First talk to two employees that were very nice and escalated it to the owner who was supposed to help. Maybe to him calling customers a liar and telling them it's tough luck is helping.
