"We visited the restaurant on Tuesday evening. Most of the tables were taken, so that is a good sign for me all the time. Unfortunately the service was quite busy and basically ignoring us for almost 20 min. We didn't have even a drink.The food came than quite fast, once it was ordered and it looked and tasted very good for the fact that it's a small restaurant in a small village."

"Der Heimathafen entwickelt sich langsam zu der Top Location in Lörrach, besonders wenn man schon über 20 ist. Die Musik ist gut, die Drinks super, die Musikevents der absolute Knaller (wenn auch oft überfüllt). Das Essen ist weitaus besser als normales Pub-Food, da muss man den Koch loben. Auch ist der Service recht zügig, wenn auch manchmal etwas verpeilt wenn das Pub sich füllt. Die Tasting-Events (Whisky/Rum/Gin) sind gut organisiert und kompetent durchgeführt. Alles in allem ist der Heimathafen eine wahre Bereicherung für die Stadt."

"What can I say? We live a 1 minute walk away and are regulars. The food is awesome every time. They are specialised in risotto and you can't go wrong with any of those. Staff is friendly. Pricing is medium-high, but expected and well worth it at this level. The only reason I've taken 1 point of is because it is very noisy inside when full, which is virtually all the time."
