Really yummy food and drinks! We were surprised (in a good way) by their portions as well! They have a lot of dipping sauce options for their fries and for the first time we tried what seems to be homemade fry sauce as it was smoother and tastier than most. I know good help is hard to find. But the server was insanely unfriendly. We ordered a corn dog and it was frozen in the middle. We told them and they gave us another. Also frozen inside. Her response is they go in the fryer for 8 minutes. There 's nothing else I can do. We were shocked. Acted like putting it in the microwave for us was torture to her. My wife and I went in to get chicken combos and upgraded to the largest drink and largest fries with seasoning (2) and dipping cups (4), we were given 4 dipping cups however, the fries were the small that come with the combo, and the drinks were not upgraded. I came back in after going through the drive thru and it was mentioned I didn't have a receipt, (regardless of going through less than 5 minutes before and the attendant not handing a receipt with the meal). I had to pay extra for drinks fries and seasonings we never got. To top it off we ordered the specialty drinks and received sodas without any additions. I gave 2 stars rather than one as this USED to be one of my favorite restaurants in town but after that experience I am not sure I want to come back. Order took place Wednesday 26, April
The first time we came in fall 2022, the fries were over seasoned and under fried. This time they were under seasoned and fried perfectly. Tastes great, anyway, just no identifiable flavors. Couldn't tell the difference in the dill pickle and Cajun fries with our eyes closed. The workers were helpful and kind. The storefront was either oily or sticky but not enough for me to care, just my wife. But the ventilation system really needs to be addressed. Visible fry smoke in the air, strong oder. Overall, I enjoy this place, but it'll be a while before we come back, hopefully the air quality is fixed.
Good fries and very good sauces for the fries, fun drinks too, would recommend this place as a good gathering place for friends. Feb 4, 2023 very sad the Blue Cheese sauce is no longer an option. But their cookie dough shakes are the BEST ones I've ever had, because the cookie dough peices are larger than I've ever had and its as I've always wanted them to be like!
It used to be good. No more honey butter dipping sauce, rude staff, and tiny pieces of chicken. We won’t be back. It just isn’t good anymore.
Fizz N Fryz helped make Logan Pride Festival 2022 wonderful! We were so glad to have them there to support the LGBTQ+ community! They are AMAZING!!!
