Great customer service! Employees were very friendly and welcoming. I got there a little late to pick up a mobile order and they had kept my smoothie cold and frozen in the fridge which I appreciated. I didn’t have to wait long at all to go pick it up and the app ordering process was quick and convenient. What Mass Conviction doesn't like about Jamba:
Found it odd that the cashier didn't ask if we had a reward account, and didn't hand us a receipt either. She did ask the two customers after us if they had a rewards account. View all feedback.
They served four orders that came in after me. Must have been my small, uncomplicated order, big tip, or the military uniform.
Great smoothies, a little on the spendy side but they have a great rewards program! Everyone that works there is very friendly! I do wish they had a better system for online orders. I usually order food through apps or online so that I don’t have to stand in line, but if you order online here you still have to stand in the line and wait for everyone in front of you to order before you can tell them that you’re there to pickup. On the plus side they are usually very quick, but it’d be nice if there was a separate spot for online order pickup so they could just grab it out of the fridge for you and save you some time.

Super cute, wait times are short, very customizable. Tasty smoothies :)Dietary restrictions: I cannot have wheat/barely/rye/gluten, I am able to eat here. Substitutions available.
