Mcdonald's - Logan

This restaurant is always reliable when I'm in a rush. I recommend using the McDonald's app to make ordering even easier for pick-up at the drive-thru or curbside.

The car and the manager rushed out and placed an orange cone in front of our car, preventing us from ordering. We were the last customers. Why couldn't he allow us to order something to eat?

I have always received amazing service at this McDonald's. The staff is fast and friendly. I visited around 1 o'clock on Sunday, July 24th, and when I got home, I noticed that there were randomly reddish-brown strips in my fries container. It looked like blood to me and I am not sure if I can return if there is a possibility of blood in the fries containers.

I went through the drive-thru and overheard my passengers ordering incorrectly, so I decided to change my order with the cashier. However, the cashier seemed to take offense to my request. When I received my Happy Meal, I noticed that the cheeseburger was intentionally placed upside down, with ketchup and sauce inside the buns and meat, cheese, and more ketchup, along with pickles, on top of the sauce burger. Additionally, the apple juice was missing, which was the main reason we had gone to McDonald's in the first place. We also had a troublesome 3-year-old passenger with us, making the situation even more challenging. The cashier was wearing a messy BYU t-shirt, and it was clear that the lady who handed us the meal was part of the mishap.

I frequently visit this McDonald's location, but I have experienced terrible service on three occasions. There have been instances where they have forgotten to call out orders, leaving them on the counter to get cold. The service rating for this restaurant is a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere is also rated a 2 out of 5. The average cost per person for a dinner meal is between $20-30. Overall, while the food is decent, the service and atmosphere need improvement.
