"Great Kebab sandwiches. They make the pita bread new in the pizza oven for each kebab sandwich. Their pizzas are very good as well. I have had nothing but excellent service from these guys, all super friendly always helpful."

"This small restaurant has a simple but very effective menu. I would say it is the most non-Asian restaurant in the Sunnybank area but still maintains an Asian influence in many of it's dishes. I always enjoy coming here. The menu has a variety of easy to share tapa style dishes and burgers with very interesting flavour combinations which are a pleasure to sample and share with a group. My personal favourite is the slow-cooked lamb skewers. Yum!The staff are friendly and are always quick to refill your water glass and refresh an empty water bottle. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and complexity of the dishes.The desserts are also fantastic. I would recommend Sunnybank Bistro to anyone. This place is great for any meal and would even stand alone as a decent dessert restaurant."

"We love this restaurant and eat here all the time with friends and family. High quality food, fantastic service and a great atmosphere we have been here 20 30 times and never had a bad experience. The menu is superb, offering plenty of choice for even the fussiest eater. The staff are the best, very friendly and fast service. I celebrated my birthday here this year with 15 other guests, Shinbashi had no problem catering to such a large group and everyone had a great time. This is my favourite restaurant in Brisbane. I highly recommend dining here!"

"Do not understand why my previous reviews have been erased so it should be the time to refill a new one.<br/>Let me name the current business the second generation of Mama Malaya. Remember that I was the first one who wrote the review for the first generation and this local gem was then popular among Malaysian food lovers. The Chang of management had made me disappointed and I admitted that I missed the previous management. Having said that the second generation seems growing up now. <br/>We went for re-visit in one of our vegetarian night in a group of three. Ordered one vegetarian hot sour soup, roti with curry sauce, homemade tofu, mixed vegetarian Lo Han, Vegetarian Mapo tofu. Hero of the night was the Homemade Tofu, which was very silky. Other dishes were not bad at all. I think I have found a place to have vegetarian meals locally. <br/>Recommended."

"This is the kind of place that makes 'sushi' for suburban dwellers who don't actually like traditional sushi.There's hardly a dish that isn't covered in mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce or something of the sort.Most of the ingredients are not fresh seafood but fried chicken, beef, processed seafood and other things that a self-respecting sushi chef wouldn't touch with a 10 foot chopstick.The rice on dishes like seared salmon sushi should be plain, but comes with some sort of sweet sauce on it that overshadows the salmon.Ginger is not in containers at the bench. It's in tiny sachets that you have to wait to come round - and it's not the more tasty pink kind, but a more watery yellow variety.If you enjoy sushi I would save your craving for somewhere better, rather than walk away from Sushi Ren disappointed."
