This place gets very busy on the weekends and nights so make sure you book ahead - we waited 2 hours once when we didnt! The food is good and servings generous, and the prices reasonable. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about LIONS at springwood:
The place was okay, it looks great from the outside but unfortunately the staff were a bit rude at the bar and were more interested in watching the footy then what they were to serve the patrons. The food was okay, i had the archini balls which were a bit dry. And my partner had a caesar salad which seemed to be mostly lettuce with minimal bacon and croutons and sauce. View all feedback.
Don't miss out on trying the Parmesan chicken, steak sandwich, and bourbon burger at this restaurant! Becoming a member saved me money right away.
I had a more than average experience at Lions at Springwood,the staff at the reception not very helpful especially when my wife could not produce her liscence even though she is a member,and the food was not very warm and service at the bar average they need to pick up their act.
Gréât Food , gréât service. Had the pork ribs what a surprise . Will be back and try some more food .
We where in the area to furniture shop and stopped into lions at springwood for some lunch. my family and i were pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. as soon as we walked in there was a friendly greeting. Maree was great. then we walked down to restaurant another friendly face. we ordered 4 meals and all 4 meals were hot and delicious. prices where not too bad as well. its very rare we see a friendly bar person and he was the so nice and very knowledgeable. this club may not look like the best club in Brisbane but they certainly excel in all other areas. i highly recommend a visit.
During our holiday in the area over Christmas and New Year's, we were pleased to sign up for discounts at this restaurant. The meals were the highlight, with a fantastic menu and a delicious selection of desserts. We also appreciated the snacks available in one of the bars, which allowed us to take some treats home. We couldn't get enough of the lemon garlic prawns! The live music added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and we found some great takeaway specials at the bottle shop.
