read moreTaste Gallery offers an array of authentic Chinese dishes that have received mixed reviews from patrons. Some praised the beautifully seasoned and tender fried quail, while others found the hot spicy soup too sour to enjoy. The xiao long bau disappointed due to broken skin, but the pan-fried pork buns were deemed acceptable. Service was labeled as slow and unorganized by some diners, while others were pleased with the welcoming staff and delicious food. Overall, the restaurant seems to have hit or miss experiences, with some recommending specific dishes like the xiao long bao and braided golden pomfret. Taste Gallery remains a popular spot for those seeking genuine Chinese cuisine in Brisbane.
