Awesome service, fluffy pancakes, generous portions, and a comfortable bright environment. Popular breakfast joint in Rockford near the mall. We visited on a Saturday morning and all tables were full but seating was immediate. EC also has a drive through with waiting spots for food that requires more time. Grab breakfast at EC! Walking in gives dull feel. Which sets a low expectations of the place. Does not help the the wait is too long for the amount off staff seen. Once the waitress presented self.
