Incredibly rich pho! If you're pho phan, you know it's all about the broth. I got chicken, my wife got beef. Both were over-the-top delicious. Portions are generous, we got large bowls and managed two meals each from them. Prices are moderate. No! They're a bargain! I miss the old staff and ownership. Prices went up and the service went down. None of the staff seems to speak English. They hand you the menu and you just point to what you want.
