I’ve been eating here for 20 years and this is the most consistent restaurant I’ve ever been too. This Vietnamese restaurant has special pho which is the most amazing and delicious soup on this planet. I also love their Thai ice coffee. I literally dream about both of these foods. What G M doesn't like about Luong Loi:
Take out. 1 hit and lots of miss. Shrimp egg rolls were good, with the sweet and sour sauce. The shrimp and pork pancake was ok. Black bean chicken was tasty, carrots were not a good addition. Beef and green peppers needed more flavor and again the carrots were not a good addition. The bbq pork fried rice was much better with a few splashes of soy sauce.
