This is definitely a hidden gem we would have never found had it not been for the Facebook group southern illinois eats. When we first walked in the door man was funny and personable really made you feel like home. What User doesn't like about The Vault Cafe On The Square:
Not sure about this place, told to wait for 30 minutes in a cold lobby for a table for 5. Lots of empty tables, I guess pushing 2 of them together was too much to ask. Left after 30 minutes. Pass View all feedback.

The breakfast is fantastic, it’s a great Mom and Pop restaurant! Great scenery and cleanliness! I highly recommend you try the pretzel bun burger for lunch!
