Palmeral De Portales - Logroño

What User doesn't like about Palmeral De Portales:
We had dinner there tonight at the terrace. We had the menu, the food was good we liked it. But when we saw the bill, we got a little surprise, the wine Peña de Gato was 8€ more expensive than written in the wine cart. The female waitress, told us that they charge more for the bottle of wines on the terrace. Wich no one us told us when ordering, and simply 8€ are to much for a terrace service.
